This is a simple Coconut Cream Pie with banana slices and a meringue topping
Ingredients
- 1 pre-baked pie crust
- 1/2 cup coconut flakes
- 1 5.1 oz box of Jell-O instant pudding & pie filling
- 1 Banana
- meringue topping
Instructions
- Make the Jell-O pudding as directed on the back of the box.
- Mix coconut flakes into the pudding mixture. Let the pudding set in the fridge for about 1 hour.
- After the pudding is thickened pour it into your prepared crust. If you are making a pie crust at home you will need to pre-bake it before using.
- Spread it evenly into crust and place banana slices in a layer on top.
- Top with your meringue topping
- Add coconut flakes and brown the meringue in the oven or with a kitchen torch. Enjoy!
