Banana Coconut Cream Pie

This is a simple Coconut Cream Pie with banana slices and a meringue topping

Ingredients
  

  • 1 pre-baked pie crust
  • 1/2 cup coconut flakes
  • 1 5.1 oz box of Jell-O instant pudding & pie filling
  • 1 Banana
  • meringue topping

Instructions
 

  • Make the Jell-O pudding as directed on the back of the box.
  • Mix coconut flakes into the pudding mixture. Let the pudding set in the fridge for about 1 hour.
  • After the pudding is thickened pour it into your prepared crust. If you are making a pie crust at home you will need to pre-bake it before using.
  • Spread it evenly into crust and place banana slices in a layer on top.
  • Top with your meringue topping
  • Add coconut flakes and brown the meringue in the oven or with a kitchen torch. Enjoy!
